Our brave little girl

Well, it's always an adventure at our house. Today we had our first set of casts put on Madeline's legs. Due to her toe-walking she has done damage to the tendons, muscles, and ligaments along the backs of her legs. She is going through what is called serial casting. Each week she will have a new set of casts put on with her ankle at a different angle to stretch the shortened part of her legs. She is not adjusting real well at this point, but that's to be expected. We appreciate your prayers during this rough transition!
